Entièrement rénovée en 2007, cette petite maison d'hôtes bénéficie de tout le confort moderne pour répondre aux exigences d'un séjour confortable en milieu traditionnel.Hafida et Saïd Aderbaz, frère et sœur, gèrent avec beaucoup de sérieux et de gentillesse le bien familial.  Alternant toutes les fonctions liées à votre accueil, du petit déjeuner préparé par Hafida, à vos retours de balades, guettés par Saïd, ils deviendront vite indissociables de votre séjour à Marrakech.Le Riad peut accueillir 12 personnes. Une petite chambre en rez de chaussée, trois en étage et la dernière sur la terrasse composent l'hébergement.  Une fontaine murale domine la petite piscine entourée de balustrades, idéale pour la sécurité des enfants. Deux salons dont un ouvert et l'autre avec cheminée  accueillent les hôtes pour les petits déjeuners. Sur la terrasse, bougainvilliers et chaises longues complètent l'ensemble.Ses principaux atouts sont d'être très facilement accessible à pied, en voiture et en toute sécurité, quelque soit l'heure,  d'être bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques, et d'avoir de nombreux parkings gardé 24h/24h à 5 minutes, mais le premier atout c'est d'être géré en famille par Hafida et Said  Aderbaz.

Situated at the entrance of the authentic area of Sidi Mimoun and close to the new Royal Palace, The Riad Aderbaz is 07 minutes far from the  Djemaa El Fna and the Saadiens tombs.Recently refurbished in style ( 2007 ) , this small guesthouse  offers all comfort needed for a comfortable stay in a traditional place. Hafida and Saïd Aderbaz, brother and sister, seriously and kindly manage  their family riad. They alternate all day long different posts , like breakfast cooked by Hafida, or Saïd being on the look -out for you to be back from a  stroll… they will rapidly prove to be essential to your stay .The riad can accommodate 12 persons and offers one small bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms  on the first floor and the last one on the terrace . A wall fountain dominates the small swimming pool which is surrounded by balustrades, ideal for the safety of the children. Two living rooms , one open on the patio and the other with a fireplace welcome guests for breakfast.The terrace filled with bougainvilleas is equipped with deckchairs to complete the whole unity.Idealy located inside the Medina in a working-class but safety area, a short walk from the main touristic places , and also near to a car park guarded 24 hours a day, the house is a real guesthouse managed  by Hafida and Said Aderbaz, and this is the strong point of this Riad
